The Ambassador Program is a stepping stone to a new paradigm in 21st-century security and privacy. Zelf has pioneered a solution to the decades old problem of seed phrase mismanagement, a concern for both veterans and newcomers in the digital space. We recognize the important role of community building in this endeavour, which is why your participation is crucial. By accepting this legal document, you are joining a transformative movement that is going to change the way people interact in web3. We are glad you believe in us as much as we believe in you. These Terms ad Conditions govern your access to the Ambassador Program.

ZELF FOUNDATION is the leading organization responsible for this program. By accessing the Zelf Ambassador telegram group, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

Ambassador Program

The Ambassador program is designed for influencers who want to participate in the growth of Zelf Name Service. Zelf will choose a limited number of influencers to participate in the program and the ambassadors will obtain income on three different streams of revenue.

Weekly Posts

The ambassadors will be asked to post 2 times per week in any of their accounts (X or Telegram). Zelf will only pay the equivalent of 2 posts per week. If the influencer chooses to post more than 2 times per week, he will not receive any additional compensation.

Sell Domains

The ambassadors will sell domains by encouraging their audience (X or Telegram) to obtain a discount when typing the Referral Code. The Referral Code will be the domain name chosen by the ambassador. The user will type the referral code, similar to ambassadorname.zelf in the "Referral code" section to obtain a discount. After the sale is finished, the ambassador will be credited 25% commission on the sale, which will be paid every sunday midnight UTC (00:00 hrs London time during standard time).

Discounts for Followers

The discount percentage will be determined by the Zelf team before a campaign is launched and it will be announced in the private chat. Most discounts will range between 5-15% depending on factors as demand or tokens incentives that Zelf may have inside a given campaign.

Price per Domain

The price of each domain will be fixed for the entire year of 2025. Please refer to the pricing on this table.

Airdrop

The Airdrop program will take in account all the domains purchase till December 1. On that date, a snapshot will be taken of all the domains, for which 44M tokens will be allocated for the airdrop, distributed among eligible users based on their ZelfName purchase characteristics, with priority given to users who:

• Purchased names with 1-5 characters:

  • Allocation: 35% of the total airdrop = 13.2M tokens

  • These short, premium ZelfNames are considered highly valuable, giving their owners a larger share of the tokens.

• Purchased names with 6-15 characters:

  • Allocation: 45% of the total airdrop = 26.4M tokens

  • This group represents the majority of standard ZelfNames and receives the largest portion of the airdrop.

• Purchased names with 16-27 characters:

  • Allocation: 20% of the total airdrop = 8.8M tokens

  • Longer ZelfNames, while less premium, still contribute significantly to the Zelf ecosystem.

Pay Dates

The Ambassador will be paid at a weekly basis, every sunday before 23:59 hrs (UTC-5). The Ambassador is responsible to notify Zelf the Domain Name (ZelfName) in which he wishes to be paid.

• Weekly Post payments will be paid in USDT or ZNS, or half and half (Solana Chain).

• Domain Commissions will be paid fully in USDT (Solana Chain).

• Airdrops will be done in December 25, 2025, bound to the Airdrop rules of all users.

Acceptance of Terms

By acccepting this terms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not accept the terms.

Length of the Program

The Ambassador program will run from Feb 1 to Dec 1, for a total of 10 months.

Wallet Responsibilities

Every Ambassador will be paid directly to their Domain Names (ZelfName), therefore, you are responsible in managing your private keys, which are necessary to access your digital assets. You must keep your wallet information, including your recovery phrases, secure from loss or theft. Failure to do so may result in the irreversible loss of your assets. We recommend to, i) download the QR code and; ii) don't copy or paste the seed phrases in any digital copy connected to the internet.

Ambassador Responsibilities

As an Ambassador, you are responsible for communicating with the best of your ability the features, benefits and how ZNS works. You can contrast our product to the competition, but please do not attack or defame other companies. Failure to do so may result in losing your spot as an ambassador.

Taxes

It is your responsibility to determine what, if any, taxes apply to the transactions that you have submitted transaction details for via the Services, and it is your responsibility to report and remit the correct tax to the appropriate tax authority. You agree that we are not responsible for determining whether taxes apply to your transactions or for collecting, reporting, withholding, or remitting any taxes arising from any Digital Asset-related transactions.

Termination Policy

Non-adherence to Ambassadors Program Terms and Conditions may trigger a temporary or permanent exclusion from the program with the due compensation of the money owed to you.

Zelf reserves the right to discontinue your spot in the program at any time due to external circumstances beyond its control or legal obligations. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Ambassador Program without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Changes of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post updates of any changes on the Ambassador Private Group. You are encouraged to review the Terms periodically for any changes.
